CLOSING DEADLINE
The deadline for space reservation/cancellation is 5 p.m. on the 20th day of any month.  This includes fulll payment and submission of ad copy info form
Ad purchases may not be cancelled after the deadline.

PROOFS
Proofs  must be approved by 5 p.m. Friday on the 25th day of  the month prior to the month issue the ad will appear

Jan 25th for ad in February Issue

Failure to meet deadline may result in forfeiture of proof service. Proof your ad carefully. Once a proof has been accepted, advertisement will run as-is. Proofs can be faxed for approval. Failure to approve faxed proofs will be construed as acceptance of artwork.

Ads are produced by The Diva by Design Online Maazine production department at no additional charge. 

Ads are sole property of The The Diva By Design Online Magazine and may not be reproduced, in part or whole, without permission.

Purchaser may freely use the ad after the month it has appeared on our website

PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment in advance is required for all advertisers .

In the event of nonpayment, Diva By Design Online Magazine reserves the right to hold advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such moneys as are due.

MISTAKES AND MAKE-GOODS
Diva by Design Onlline Magazine is not responsible for typographical errors unless such an error was made by our production staff.

If a mistake in advertising occurs and is the fault of the publisher, remedies will be limited to;

a) insertion of a “make-good” advertisement in the next available issue.

b) immediate altering of the ad to reflect propoer information.

GENERAL POLICIES
Advertisements are accepted upon the representation that advertiser and agency have the right to authorize publication of the contents thereof. In consideration of such publication, advertiser and agency agree to indemnify, defend, and hold publisher harmless against expense, claim, or loss arising out of publication.

Publisher reserves the unrestricted right to reject any advertisement at any time with full reimbursement being made; furthermore, publisher shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement.

Advertiser agrees that all copy, layout, and composition of  Diva by Design Online Magazine advertisements and content are the sole property of Diva by Design Online and may not be reproduced without our  written permission

Diva by Design Online Magazine will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on order blanks, copy instructions, or verbal agreements that conflict with the provisions of this rate card.

ONLINE ADVERTISING GUIDELINES
All advertisements will be reviewed by DIVA staff and are subject to approval before placement on the site.

Advertisements cannot mislead the user. For example, they may not mimic or resemble Windows/Mac/Unix dialogue boxes, error messages, or the like.

We  reserves the right to preserve the user experience of its sites, and reserves the right to remove any advertisement that is deemed harmful or offensive to our users
